All Spring term young learners courses are starting next week - on 21 April(Saturday) and 22 April(Sunday).

Important: Due to Easter holidays Cambridge exams registration deadline for June session has been extended until 17 April (Tuesday).

You can register for Cambridge exam at English Academy. Please bring with you your ID card/passport, a proof of a bank transfer, complete and sign an individual entry form.

WIN A SCHOLARSHIP

To celebrate 5 years in Varna, English Academy are offering scholarships for young people aged 10-25. Students should submit an essay on the topic “English language in modern society” and prizes include 1 years free tuition at the school. Essays should be handwritten and submitted to our offices in Varna by 15th August.

PRETESTING FOR CAMBRIDGE EXAMS

In association with the British Council 27 students from English Academy Varna took part in Cambridge pre-testing for FCE, CAE and CPE this April. Students completed full mock tests under exam conditions and will receive feedback from Cambridge at the start of June, before their exams.

CAMBRIDGE EXAMS EXTENDED CERTIFICATION

From March this year, Cambridge ESOL will give many candidates additional credit for the language skills they have demonstrated. A candidate who performs particularly well in the exams can get credit at a higher level on the CEFR. For example, candidates who get grade A in Cambridge English: Advanced receive a ‘CAE’ certificate indicating that they are at C2 level(instead of C1).
